Roofara is a software tool intended to provide preliminary solar and roofing data insights. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

No Guarantees

The information provided by Roofara is for informational and pre-qualification purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific project or installation.

Payments

If paid features are offered, all payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of data
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Availability or uptime

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utah Techist, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
