We do not collect or store sensitive personal data.

Public Property and Real Estate Data

Roofara provides its users (solar consultants) with property intelligence reports regarding specific physical addresses. The data contained in these reports (such as roof age, estimated equity, owner-occupancy status, and satellite imagery) is strictly sourced from pre-existing publicly available records, municipal permit databases, and licensed third-party mapping APIs. Roofara does not covertly collect, harvest, or store sensitive financial data, Social Security Numbers, or credit reports of homeowners.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Communicate with you about updates, product availability, and marketing
  • Analyze usage to improve user experience
  • Analyze property and location data to generate solar and financial estimates

Payment Information

All payment processing (when applicable) is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

Protection of User-Submitted Leads (The "Your Data is Yours" Guarantee)

Roofara is a closed, B2B sales enablement tool. When you enter a physical address into our system to generate a Property Intelligence Brief, we use that address solely to query our API partners and generate your report. We will never sell, share, or distribute your searched addresses to third-party lead brokers, solar installers, or your competitors. We do not contact the homeowners at the addresses you search. Your leads remain 100% yours.

Address Data Retention

Address queries entered into Roofara are retained on our servers strictly for the purpose of providing you with your account history, generating past reports, and managing billing/credit audits. We do not aggregate your searched addresses into a master database for external use or marketing.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers, including analytics tools, email platforms, payment processors, geospatial data providers, and property data enrichment services, solely to operate and improve our services. Third-party data is used solely to provide our services and is not resold or redistributed.

Data Processing & Estimates

Property insights, solar estimates, and financial projections are generated using third-party data and modeling techniques. These results are estimates only and may not reflect actual conditions or outcomes.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
